Hakuba Pork Miso

"Made from 100% Hakuba pork, Hakuba Pork Miso is great with steamed rice, for adding flavour to stir fries, or as a delicious snack.
Hakuba Shiun

Hakuba Shiun is a local sake distilled from ‘purple rice’. Available in 720ml or 1800ml bottles, we use 100% locally produced ‘shirakaba-nishiki’.
This is a dry variety of sake.

Hakuba Seiryu Rice (5kg)

Cultivated in the crystal clear waters running from the Northern Alps, this is 100% Akitakomachi rice.

Hakuba Jigona Soba (buckwheat Noodles)

Grown in what was previously a rice paddy, this is 100% ‘jigona’ soba.

Hakuba Purple Rice(150g)

This purple rice has been grown in the Aoni area of Hakuba since 1992. A combination of glutinous (10%) and non-glutinous rice is boiled to produce this rich purple-coloured rice.
Hakuba Azamai
(edible wild plants)

Growing wild mostly in the Hakuba area, this variety of mountain burdock (cirsium yezoense) has a slightly bitter but unique taste and crispness.

Blueberry Youkan & Daifuku
Japanese style confectionary made from Hakuba’s blueberries contain either a sweet variety of blueberry, or a sour variety (sometimes both).
